	Swedish Massage Utilizes a variety of techniques such as: friction, vibration, tapping, kneading and rubbing. Its focus is to assist the circulation of the blood, relax tight muscles and relieve stress both physically and mentally.
	Foot Reflexology Reflexology is a science derived from the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet which corresponds to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. The unique method of using the thumb and fingers on the reflex areas of the feet help to relieve stress and tension and improve a sense of well being.
	Deep Tissue Massage Emotional or physical trauma may cause tension to build up or get stored in your muscles over a period of time. Although ordinary Swedish massage relieves some tension temporarily, deep tissue may provide a more prolonged tension relief. With the clients assistance through deep breathing techniques, the therapist penetrates deep into the muscles tissue resulting in a more sustained relief of tension.
	Shiatsu This is similar to acupressure, but instead of just the fingertips, the pressure may be applied using hands, knees, elbows or feet. involves stretching, leverage and leaning your weight into various parts of the recipient's body to encourage greater harmony of energy, circulation, flexibility and postural integrity. Many of the techniques are applied to the same system of energy channels or 'meridians' as used in acupuncture, although in Shiatsu each channel is felt to cover a greater area of the body.
	Lomi Lomi Lomi Lomi in Hawaiian means “ massage “. It is a very deep and broad style, but the emphasis is on soothing, rather than more pointed techniques such as acupressure. The massage is like a Rhythmical dance that gently rocks one into a blissful release of tension. Everything is done in a set of threes, from light to deep pressure and a short to long strokes. Lomi Lomi is similar to Swedish in the way of using massage lubricants and the soothing touch.
	Sports Massage Sports Massage is a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, and Acupressure. Sports massage focuses on the specific area that needs soothing. Whether you are an Athlete, or just a person who enjoys working out or trying to get into shape, a massage will help rejuvenate your body.
